The US Election is one of the highest turnouts ever in history with Biden on the course to winning the tight race to White House after narrowly defeating Trump in Michigan and Wisconsin – two states that he won in 2016.
The 77-year-old has collected more votes than his former leader Barack Obama did in 2008, setting a new record for most popular votes obtained in the process.
I’m confident that we will emerge victorious.
But this will not be my victory alone.
It will be a victory for the American people. pic.twitter.com/ZqJBVsQuQf

Democrat’s Joe Biden had received more than 71 million votes, he exceeded the 69.4 million votes collected by Obama who held the previous record in 2008.
According to a report by the New York Post, the US Election was characterized by one of the highest turnouts ever in history.
“That means that both candidates are going to receive larger vote totals than they would have in the past,” Rogers Smith, a professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania announced.
Following the latest outcome, Donald Trump has vowed to challenge the results in the Supreme Court claiming there was “fraud”.
“This is a fraud on the American public. As far as I’m concerned, we already have won,” he said before adding: “We’ will be going to the US Supreme Court. We want all voting to stop. We don’t want them to find any ballots at 4 am and add them to the list,” Trump said.
