American rapper, NBA YoungBoy has allegedly been arraigned on two charges identified with his September 2020 capture including possession of a gun by a criminal.
The 21-year-old Louisiana hip-pop star was captured on Monday, March 22, and kept in FBI care after escaping from authorities of the Los Angeles Police Department who attempted to pull his vehicle over for an outstanding government warrant.
The Shade Room acquired the unsealed government prosecution reports on Tuesday night, which uncovered that YoungBoy is facing two counts along with ownership of a gun by a criminal and being in control of a gun that isn’t enlisted to him.
YoungBoy and one of his partners Morrow Battie need to relinquish any guns and ammo, as per the charging docs.
The rapper was among 15 other people who got locked up back in September 2020 after a video shoot in his old neighborhood of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Rod Rouge police got a tip from an obscure guest who announced seeing various men displaying weapons in an empty area.
Throughout the examination, police uncovered they made 16 arrests and seized 14 weapons (one taken and two weapons with unlawful offers), and seized $79,000.
