Grammy Awards winner and Nigerian singer, Burna Boy was one of the artists who performed at the 2021 Grammy Awards which was held yesterday on Sunday, March 14th.
The African Giant crooner who won his first Grammys at the occasion, played out a variety of his hit songs “Level Up”, “Onyeka” and “Ye” to finish off the 2021 Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony.
The artist’s collection “Twice As Tall” was considered befitting by the Recording Academy as he won in the Best Global Music Album category.
In the interim, Nigeria’s Grammy Award champ, Burna Boy, has sent an influential message to all Africans with his success.
Burna, in responding to winning the “Best Global Album with his “Twice As Tall” album, said ;
“Yes oh! Yes oh! Yes oh! Africa is in the Housemen! Africa, we are in the House!
“This is a big win for my generation of Africans all over the world!
“And this should be a lesson to every African out there: No matter where you are, no matter what you plan to do, you can achieve it.
“No matter where you’re from because you are a king. Look at me now, Grammy Award-winning Burna Boy!”.
