Omoyele Sowore, a past presidential candidate and the coordinator of ‘Revolution Now,’ announced his presidential ambitions for 2023 in front of a crowd of supporters this week.
“Nigeria needs a revolution of total independence for the Nigerian people,” he adds, adding that Nigeria should apologize to the Igbos for the massive injustices they have suffered.
He also told the Yoruba agitators that when he becomes president, the oppressors in government will be the ones to leave the country, not those who ruined it.
Sowore is running on the African Action Congress’s platform (AAC).
