On June 17, a dramatic scenario occurred at Okpara Square in Enugu State during the PVC registration process.
At the registration location, a man who appeared upset by the many difficulties Nigerians face collapsed to the ground.
He reportedly wept bitterly and declared that he was sick of Nigeria. People are seen attempting to lift him off the ground in a popular video.
